God’s Providence Through It All

By |2023-01-01T22:51:17-05:00January 1st, 2023|Blog|

Looking back on this last year As I reflect on the past year I can’t help but think of how hard this year has been. We have been through A LOT as a family. We sacrificed a lot as a family. We dealt with things I never thought in a million years we would have to deal with. From endless sickness, to things I can't even talk about, we have been through the wringer... Then I look back on my blog posts, my Instagram stories and my YouTube videos from 2022 and more than once I was greeted with a terrible knot in my gut because I felt like a failure. So many times I didn’t do what I said [...]

We're Moving! Wow! I can’t believe this day has come! By |2021-09-30T10:20:53-04:00September 30th, 2021|Blog|

When we came to see this house and potentially purchase it, I walked into the kids bedrooms thinking "WOW, these rooms are *tiny*..." At the time, we had 4 kids, 2 girls and 2 boys, I knew we could make them work- even if they were small. But now, we have 5 kids with another baby on the way! We have had to become much more creative with how we organize and much more intentional about what they keep in their rooms. The boys that share this room are currently 6, 4 and 1 year old. They are like the 3 musketeers! They absolutely LOVE sharing a room and have formed such an amazing sibling bond. I've thought many times, [...]
